Intensive In-Home Counseling
24 hour on-call crisis management and a minimum of 3 hours per week of home, school and community based counseling services for children with a mental health diagnosis with related behaviors resulting in being at risk for out of home placement

Individual and family services delivered in the home and community to address identified needs

Individual Counseling
One to one sessions delivered in natural settings to support individualized behavior goals

Facilitation of skills building and education for healthy living with safety, dignity and direction

Coaching/Mentoring Services

Individualized support for attainment and maintenance of behavior goals in school, community or home settings

On-Site Group Services
Specifically designed group sessions including but not limited to skills building, behavior coaching and therapeutic support

Mental Health Support Services
For those who are 16 years of age or older ~  Individualized support for attainment and maintenance of independent living and functional behavior goals in the home and community settings for those at risk due with a mental health diagnoses (can also have intellectual disabilities or substance abuse issues). 

School Support Services

Therapeutic Assistance (one-on-one student support); Functional Assessments of Behavior and Behavior Intervention Plans, including teacher consultations and classroom observations as requested; Specialized Homebound Instruction

Therapeutic Day Treatment Services
Combination of psychotherapeutic interventions and positive behavioral supports delivered to individuals and groups in the school and community to promote stabilization and individual student success
